Bootcamp: Operations Management Game. Simulation Tool.
The bootcamp will enable the student, through the use of simulation and optimization models, to face certain logistical situations, analyze scenarios, develop strategies and contingency plans, and will allow the quality of their decisions to be assessed in view of the results obtained.
Bootcamp: Risk management and legal aspects in the CdS
Throughout this bootcamp, you will have access to different types of contracts associated with various contracting processes, allowing you to know the main clauses that must appear in any contract; know which conditions are negotiable and which others cannot be; develop technical negotiating capacities regarding legal aspects; and know how to assess the technical impact of decisions on the Income Statement (P&L).
Bootcamp: Preparation for CSCA (Certified Supply Chain Analyst) certification from ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance).
This bootcamp is designed with the aim of preparing students, who so desire, to successfully pass the CSCA certification from ISCEA.
'Case studies': Case method
The practical component of the program is essential and completes the theoretical training. For this, during the course there will be debates on current issues and interest in each of the subjects, simulations for decision-making applied to real situations or practical cases where the problems raised will be analyzed from an academic point of view and the proposed solutions, as well as the criteria taken into account to carry them out.
Webinars
Most of the training is carried out asynchronously, that is, the exchange of knowledge is carried out through a platform that allows the sharing of written texts without the need for people to be connected at the same time.
Additionally, in each of the modules synchronous sessions or 'webinars' are organized, where all the participants are connected at the same time through an application, which allows the exchange of knowledge in 'real time'.
