Educational leadership embodies the work of school administrators. Typical responsibilities often include curriculum and program planning, the creation of educational policies, support for teachers and guidance for the success of students. These professionals might be responsible to promote test score improvement or bring about educational reform. 

Uganda's education system has the most rigorous academic and educational standards in East Africa. An increasing number of students from the West are choosing in many of the universities in Uganda.Foreign students are attracted to studying in Uganda because the country is considered relatively safe and stable compared to other countries in Africa.

A master program may be offered in a variety of different fields, allowing students of almost any subject to enhance their knowledge and improve their credentials. This degree generally takes one to three years to obtain, although requirements may vary.
