The Master in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing integrates the fundamental concepts linked to the system of thought, action and management of Marketing in the 21st century, within the framework of a Strategic Management with an integrated approach in business and public, profit and non-profit organizations , and the different processes, techniques and tools that can be useful for their effective management.
The Master in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing, through this training program, achieves the pedagogical articulation of theoretical foundations and practical cases within the area of application of Marketing management.
Upon completion of the Master's program in Strategic Management specialized in Marketing, the student will be able to:
- Apply in an integrated manner the thought, action and management of Marketing in the organization based on the methodology, skills and management skills.
- Plan, organize, execute and control the functions and procedures, both at the strategic and operational marketing level.
- Plan, anticipate and respond to future movements in the field of Marketing by developing the strategic bases in line with the objectives of the company.
