As an HR Business Partner, you are the first point of contact for managers with all enquiries concerning their employees. You take care of labour law issues and provide employees with advice at all times. As an executive coach, you also identify potential or undesirable developments in the team and work out appropriate solutions together with those responsible. In addition, you support the introduction of new products or processes and maintain communication between HR and other departments.

As a Recruiting Manager, you act proactively to recruit new employees. Active sourcing, forward-looking talent acquisition and networking are part of your tasks. You also create talent pools, review application documents, organise job fairs and conduct preliminary interviews with promising candidates.
People Development Manager
As a People Development Manager, you are responsible for ensuring the professional development of employees, analysing personnel development needs and implementing the necessary measures. In addition, you develop and monitor personnel development tools with regard to quality, sustainability and costs. In order to promote and motivate your employees in the best possible way, you train them in the development of social skills with the help of mentoring, coaching and seminars and develop integration events and improvement measures in the workplace.

Your Master's degree in Human Resource Management offers you specialised knowledge of human resource management. In addition, you have the opportunity to specialise individually in the extensive and attractive elective area. We placed particular emphasis on knowledge-based elements being closely linked to practical examples of application, meaning you will benefit from the direct reference to industry practice and the world of work. You will deal with current trend topics such as demographic change, changing values, digitalisation and internationalisation in modules such as People Analytics and Big Data, New Work, Diversity Management, Work and Organisational Psychology and Human Performance.
